Music for the film Girlfriends, screenwriter Raya Vasilyeva, directed by Lev Arnstam.

The music was written in 1934-1935 in Leningrad.

The film is dedicated to Romain Rolland (writer).

The film premiered on February 19, 1936. In New York - February 11 (the year is not indicated on the poster) under the name Three Women. In London, the film was shown on October 22, 2006 at the Barbican movie center.

The autograph of the score preserved at the Central State Archive of Literature and Art of St. Petersburg.
